I can relate my friend!
I am currently what I would call out of alignment with my body at the moment although still having to come to the office; use this time well my dear it will probably do you much good in other ways; take care and many blessings

Good for you, I swear ibuprofin makes my life possible, it's the greatest and you'll be your old self in the morning. Have a great tomorrow mate

I know how you feel.
I had a c-section six weeks ago and had to take  a ton of ibuprofen even though I really didn't want to. Apparently, swelling is a bad, bad thing in terms of healing. Hope you're better soon.

As a fellow afflicted my prayers are with you. I injured my back on a 564 pound patient! We now have one in the hospital over 800 pounds - I'm afraid I ain't helping that one up! Hope you're up and running at full steam soon.

OMG – I come by for a read only to find out you’re still experiencing back pain.  You poor thing but I’m glad to hear you’ve taken some time off work to allow you muscles/back to heal.  And… you can use the time wisely to reflect on what direction you want your life to take.  The silver lining of putting your back out, perhaps?  Everything has a silver lining.

I meditate and use positive thinking for my pain, but also
I love HOT very HOT baths and Advil is my good friend, also, my best friend is the heating pad.  Take care. xxoo

Painful
But at least you know the cause and the treatment.  For most things I will not take pills either, but back pain is the exception.  Take things easy and make the most of this opportunity.
