Well, I love your calenders! Is it possible to order one (I was thinking of the "Castles in Germany" one) without joining that outfit?
And I know what you mean by the frustrations over telephone messages - actually, I find that even if you get somebody at the other end after having dialled 0, it's still a 0, just a live one...
