- Go to And in the US: Hitting Pedestrians? Just Part of the Job...
Hey Naut.......
That's sounds like the same logic that is being applied by the auto unions....to make me cover their investment mistakes in their pension plans with money out of my pocket........I shouldn't have had the money sitting idle in the first place......

Who's the bigger menace to society. The driver or the union?

Was this guy held liable for the pedestrians he struck?
Or the bicyle riders? I've seen idiots just step right out in front of traffic and dare people to run them over. A bus is big and heavy -- can't always stop on a dime. It may be the guy was not criminally liable. But if I were in his shoes, I think I'd be afraid to get into the driver's seat of any motor vehicle.

Wow!!!! that person is a menace and it should be forbidden to ever drive again... not only he can not drive to save his life but he has no conscience... and the union is defending him???? unconscionable... Truly unbelievable! Maybe in his retirement he should play that video game in which the cars ran over the frogs...what was the name of it? Froggit? or Frogger...something like that loll... He would be good at it I bet ...

If I ever hit a person, just once, while driving, I don't think I would ever drive again. I can't imagine that bus driver wanting to keep working at driving buses.

Nautikos
This is totally outrageous. Unions are one of the Auto Industry's major problems. This man should be driving in prison. My goodness he has killed two people and his driving record is irrelevant. Find out the town I don't want to accidentally go there.
