Good to see some things
are changing for the better! Thanks for your comment on my site - and yes, I have commuted to London for the last fifteen years but only three days a week now - and have a good weekend.

I always saw everyone's good attributes when I had to do
interviews and sometimes I got burned but I always tried to point out their good attributes they could contribute to the team. Sometimes I got blind sided. I guess that is what happens when you see the glass half full most of the time or always dig for the pony under the big pile of.././// You would think I would learn after a time or two.
