Ach, I can relate to the pain issue, since I am home today
with an ice pack to my back. Good luck to you! HOping your train buddies don't give the wide berth. Perhaps they will show some sympathy.

It's not the best time of year
to add pain and illness to the general workaday stress. It's probably wise to save change for a better time of year though... or major change, anyway
