Poor Malcolm!
I used to suffer for years (since the birth of my 1st son who is now 29) with back problems until suddenly and for no apprent reason (apart from the fact that I had had enough and wanted it to go away!) this year it stopped; I'm afraid apart from the thought I don't know what I did to pass it on to you my friend; the muscle takes so long to heal so I wish you a speedy recovery, many blessings and thanks for sharing

That is no fun, time for Ibuprofin. Get in the habit of laying on your back on the floor, press the small of your back 10 times down into the floor, then roll over onto your hands and knees and do the cat arch 10 times. I pray you walk away real easy after that.

there's nothing stupid about that at all. our backs take a lot abuse and sometimes they just can't take it any more. I have fibromyalgia and I am in pain always, my back and neck especially. Get well and take care.
