Nautikos....my sister-in-law is a psychologist who worked with gorillas and chimps, teaching them all kinds of things.....had a gorilla living with her until it got too hard to handle.....she's always told me they will win out......

I think where old men are concerned, when it comes to
fathering children, it's not the consciousness that must be raised.
(it's their marketability to women of childbearing age). What were you thinking?

Primates actually aren't very nice.
Primates are intensely territorial and brutally capable.
Chimpanzees, our likeliest rivals for Supreme Ape, are very much physically stronger than we are. And they are problem-solvers.
As the dominant ape on the planet, we have done pretty well at maintaining our species as the only one in our niche, the only human species there still is. We are well along in making our nearest rivals extinct, too.
In other words, we are the chimpanzees' problem.
I suspect one day, they will solve us.
