Nice pictures, although to be frank, I gave up the whole aquarium thing roughly around the time I discovered girls, together with collecting stamps and building tree fortresses. I still like
edible fish, though...

first you have to choose a site that hosts photos. I use Photobucket.com. You upload the pictures there from where you have them stored on your computer.
Then you highlight the appropriate link that the host puts on the photo, and paste it in the bar that appears when you click on the mountain icon at the end of the tool-bar above this box, and then, click 'insert' to transfer it to your post.
The host site will give you size options--you can experiment to find the size you like best.

You would have to stay in the water all the time for that nice floaty effect, but I'm sure you can find the color in some shop like Torrid...
