Now keeping them out of my various collections can be a problem. I collect action figures of all kind, and they love it. Yesterday they were splitting up my stuff saying what they want when I die.

cantey, they are at great ages for holidays
At five and eight, they both really were into it all this year. They helped me get everything set up and they gave their advice and I did let them have some say in how the graveyard went. They love all the stuff I have and show it off proudly to everyone that comes by the house.
Holidays really are that much greater with them to share it all with.

If I could the only holiday I would celebrate every year is Halloween, and that includes all birthday even mine. It is my favorite. While Thanksgiving and Christmas a fun and all, they don't compare to just how great Halloween is.
Of course with my boys the real joy is just doing stuff with them, and we do a lot for Halloween. I know I enjoy all holidays more now that I get o share them with my boys, but Halloween is one that I was able to really enjoy before I had my boys. So sharing it with my boys has made it all the greater for me.
