I deal with enough 2 legged snakes
think I will keep the legless ones out of my world.

if I had a snake that needed medication, I'd fashion a very long spoon...
like about three rooms long...but, I think I'll stick to my two cats...:)

Now how could my Boo snake in her pretty wee hat ever be dangerous!

I shall bring this to Kabu's attention and I am glad she came alone to Canada, sans snake

Actually, in the original story, it was the snake that had to be wary
of the woman's heel.  I know it's judgmental of me, but what business does any individual have keeping a dangerous predator as a pet?  Having seen the damage that can be done by an ordinary dog or house cat, it seems stupid to go for a python or any other powerful species that hunts and kills to survive.

I tried to give medicine to Pitiful once.  It didn't work out, but at least she didn't kill me.

...Wiley, that old snake! I guess that's what you mean?

What a horrible way to die. Spiders I don't like-snakes I can deal with, but never as a pet.

Reptile lovers beware.

Since you brought it up; the snake was one of the first and most important associations between God and man. The snake is the only animal cursed by God. I personally believe they are evil. But that is only my thinking.

Oh my Gawd Naut!~  I am terrified of snakes and that story did not help my phobia,  Kabu likes snakes alright but I don't think she would have kept Diablo or anything like it ...you think??? <<<mental note: if ever visiting Kabu make sure you bring stunt gun>>>>> Poor lady in the story...what a way to go... talk about bitting the hand that feeds you, or squeezing the neck that holds up the head that keeps you !!! yikess!!!

What's with kabu and a snake? What did I miss here?

Naut
I think I’ll stick with a cat (as far as having a pet concerned).  The only time I think she might require medication is when she believes it to be true that she runs this household.
