At this time the domestic issues call for a liberal. In this way I think that the issue of healthcare leads the forefront in importance However you bring up that one use of it might be abortion. Mickey Mouse liberals explain that counseling centers offer alternatives to childbearing. In this way they help women choose for their own bodies. This action to counsel this way is based on the school that a pro-life stance lies in the realm of religion.
Apparently it lies in the field of biology as well. Indeed both sides offer proofs of where life begins. Contrary to this thinking of pro-life many supporters of making abortion against the law (clinical abortions notwithstanding) also support the War in Iraq that kills the children later. Also the emphasis of abortion on both sides detracts from other issues. It shouldn’t affect couples or voting for other issues   In this way people can pursue their arguments independently. I notice that many liberal women that support free choice and a woman’s right to choose the fate of her own body have children themselves. Finally those woman who have had abortions are still our fellow citizens and/or our sisters on this basically beautiful earth love Therefore abortion is an individual decision of which side a person’s on BCA  Bills  Wa e

Re: Re: As A Parent of A Special Needs Child,

The question of abortion in any case is one small reason I am not a democrat. I have a belief system and none of my beliefs coincide with the democrat party which is why at age 18 in 1979, I registered Republican. I am amazed at how many people there are out there who can be undecided or even independent. How can you not have a system of beliefs?

There are many people out there who are like your ex-friends. My wife and I were trying to figure out where to place a handicap ramp for my 10 year old daughter. The town told us we did not have enough room on the side of the house to do this so we thought some more. One option was to use an old road behind our house which is on my land in order to have the ramp in the back of the house and give us more room. There was a tree on my neighbor's land that would have required trimming two small branches for us to be able to get through on the old road. There is a widow who lives behind us. I would say she is in her early 70's. One day I went over, with my son, to tell her of what we were thinking of doing. When I knocked on the door, the first thing I heard was CNN and Larry King at a high volume on the TV. This obviously told me what I was dealing with (democrat/liberal). She came to the door and I explained what we wanted to do and asked if we did this would it be okay to trim two small branches off her tree. She said no on the tree then proceeded to tell me that she could not allow me to put a ramp for my daughter in the back of MY yard because it would look junky and trashy. It was all I could do not to send her to her maker right there and then. She looked at me and said "I don't think so." this was a comment to the overall request. Nevertheless the town decided to let us put the ramp on the side of the house anyway so it was a non-issue with her.

Last week she placed an Obama sign within 6 inches of my land right where that tree is. You see how worthless liberals are?

Re: As A Parent of A Special Needs Child,
You know, RSM, I have been angry over the last few weeks and had friends slam the door in my face when I told them I like Sarah Palin (who needs friends like them anyway? Good riddance!), but this story just made me cry. I have been in touch today with a friend who is also the mother of a special needs child and is very shaken by this story. She told me she would rather put a gun to her head before voting Democrat ever again. I second that motion!

As A Parent of A Special Needs Child,
I must say that I strongly believe that abortion should be considered in only one instance and that is for any couple who happens to be liberal and/or democrat.
