I've been from designer clothes to tatty T-shirts, but the UP always comes. You just must believe in it. Firmly, strongly, never waver.

Dear Ladychardonnay
I love this post...You are such a good writer. And you have me laughing and crying at the same time which is one of my favorite states. I can so much relate with so much you have written. My up and down patterns come in huge blocks and within them some smaller blocks. I have been down so low for a long time now. I expect a huge counter swing. I wonder if i would prefer an even keel or not?

We all have our up and down periods Lady C.
Thanks for sharing, I've had a crappy week, and you made me feel better.

I have been battling debilitating migraines for 8 years, therapy through it! Not many good days, but when I get one I play to the maximum! Change when severe is hell. I learned to adjust. Good luck! sam

The first year of losing your self is the hardest
I went back and read all your blogs to see what your journey has been. I am so sorry for all that you have been through. It is hard to find yourself in a spiraling endless black hole with no light in sight. It is hard to lose the self that once was you. It is especially hard for your children who have always seen you as SuperMom with magical powers. I am walking the path you are on. We each start with different circumstances but the path is the same until you meet your true self and continue your path of enlightenment. The path of enlightenment begins with the appeasement of pain and fear. You are not alone on this path even if you cannot see others. May you be blessed and may the Light of Love, Inner Peace, Healing, Harmony, Prosperity and Forgiveness surround you in all that you do. The first lesson is there is no right or wrong, it just is. Self-judgement is no longer needed. Love who you are at this moment because in the end we are all Spirits of Love. Make your Mantra: I love and accept myself without judgement. See ya on the path.
