I know all about the hybernating syndrome. To avoid same, I follow the sun. Turkish sun is going now, so it's back to Florida. Give me grey skies, rain, clouds and cold and I just won't move.

Amazing how getting that extra hour sounds so good!
I feel like I come alive in the fall with the crisp air and all the colours..although it is a good time to curl up and sleep! Nice to meet a fellow Canadian!
