i have always found dads who are so close to their children, extremely lovable. this is the kind of relashionship that is full of fun and yet so mature. this is not a 'duty' being performed. it is what life should be. you are handing down a beautiful legacy. happy birthady to the young man :)

The times spent with our children are the best---they create the happiest memories, and cement relationships......this is the stuff life should be made of; you are a great father. Have a lovely weekend.

malcolm, 10 trains - yes tiring
i think i might have been tempted to take the car on the m11, m25 and put on a good audiobook. I love Cookham, and the Stanley Spencer place there. I used to cycle in that part of the world and ride along the tow path. My 14-year-old son also spent his first hour in his father's arms.
