I've had too much bourbon....in celebration of my return to work tomorrow....but isn't there some reptilian portion of man's brain still left?  Just thinking......sounds rather like some of our political maneuverings as election day nears.....but, as I've said, too much bourbon......

Holy Croc, Naut.  Tourist trade is risky business there.

Daughter lives in Florida. Sitting on her lanai as her little Yorkie
explored the yard. My, that's a big lizard she said to her host. No, that's an alligator, the host replied and took a sip of her mint julep. Just about that time little Pez decided the big lizard had no business in her territory and began to evaluate the creature's ancestry in no undertain terms. Daughter had known she could move pretty fast, but she gained superspeed in her leap from the lanai and her hundred-yard-dash across the yard to swoop up the snarling yapping dog before the stalking "lizard" could decide whether or not he wanted fries with that...

I you read Bill Bryson's In A Sunburned Country, you will find that you merely have to step foot in Australia to be surrounded by deadly wildlife!!  Very funny, Naut.  Mal

Naut
It does beg the question what was Arthur doing so close to a 14” crocodile?  Maybe one should think twice about going wading in the water in certain parts of Australia.

Very funny! But I don't think there's much to be worried about: male crocs don't look after their young. It's all on the shoulder of mama (like the mamavirus) again! LOL
