It's very far fetched and entirely possible.

You know about electrons and all that stuff, right? Well, Richard Feynman, one of the most famous, Nobel Prize-winning physicists of the 20th century, once speculated (with good reason to do so) that there may be only one (!) electron...
In other words, all the 'individual' electrons that zip (sort of) around the atomic nucleous are all 'connected', if 'one' 'thing' can be said to be 'connected' (sorry for all the inverted commata, but it can't be helped, LOL)

Excellent Thought and very well expressed
We are all connected and are moving toward oneness so we naturally are having the same thoughts the higher our consciousness and enlightenment.

hmmm...

a little fly going around... serving as a muse? I like the idea... so far my muses leave a lot to be desired... either they make me write such sad gook I gag when I read it again or they totally abandon me... I want a happy muse... one that fills me with desire and love and makes me overflow with happiness... (
if he is good looking I will not mind
...:-)) I hear they exist... I don't think your tatter telling little fly qualifies cuz she inspires everyone ...I want my own little fly. But seriously I believe you are right. GMTA (Great minds think alike ) and they say that when a great idea occurs to someone...it occurs to many others at the same time... I guess is the universal wave of thought... we are all connected somehow... we all hear each other's thoughts... no matter how hard we might try to ignore them. Take care of you Vogue... Great post!

Malcom Gladwell addressed this very thing in a New Yorker article;

I’m not so sure about the cyber-fly idea, but I know exactly what you mean that there can be a reoccurring theme on any given day. I find this particularly true in the poetry category. If love happens to be the inspiration of the day one can read any number of poems about love. Or death and dying, or dreams, or nature, or children – the list goes on. The theme mystically seeps through the site and out comes several posts with the same underlying sentiment.

The trees in the forest hear the same sounds and breathe the same air. They respond alike to the vibrations and exhale similarly. Think on this for a while.

I do not think that is far fetched at all. Some people call it synchronicity, others call it something else. It is
something for sure.
