How very true that we expend more energy, more compassion, more forgiveness on others than we do ourselves and yet the most important relationship is that which have with our self. And listening to our inner voice is so key. Great write, great read….

It's taken me years to recognise my inner voice... what a long journey. And even now I don't always pay attention to it, to my cost.
