Two-thirty in the morning
I guess that two-thirty in the morning is popular hour (or witching-hour) for some people (including me) to wake up. 
Tell him to pickup a favorit book rightaway, or he might end up thinking all the rest of the morning. That's what my character in my novel The Secrets of the New Breed does.
