FYS:
You don't have to be an economist or a rocket scientist to know Obama's economy: it went straight from his lips to Joe the Plumber's ears! He's gonna raise taxes (or as he puts it, spread the wealth) so that the guy behind me can get some (ergo: stay home and live on my welfare). If the guy behind me wants some of the wealth, I suggest he do what I do  - break his butt and go to work!

Re: Why make it so complicated?
When taxes are increased, prices rise and unemployment rises.  Buy yourself an economics text book and read it.

Why make it so complicated?

A vote for Obama is a vote for unemployment and inflation:

"Obama will ask the wealthiest 2% of families to give back a portion of the tax cuts they have received over the past eight years to ensure we are restoring fairness and returning to fiscal responsibility."  Pretty wording, but this means he's going to raise taxes.

"The Obama tax plan is a net tax cut – his tax relief for middle class families is larger than the revenue raised by his tax changes for families over $250,000."  Pretty wording, but this means that the middle class will not receive an actual decrease in their taxes.  Read the sentence carefully--it's a NET tax cut, meaning it adds up what's collected, not what you pay.

stonedead,
Sarah Palin is not running for POTUS, neither is Joe Biden...you know...the guy who voted yes on the war in Iraq and is too busy getting facelifts to go make stump speeches for his buddy Obama?

I don't see it
Is the Obama list meant to be a joke?

Also, how can you describe Sarah Palin as "straight talking"?  Have you heard her ramble out non-answers to questions?

NY in S, I don't see a problem with that list

Is there something wrong?  Am I missing something????

(Sorry, couldn't resist yanking your chain.  I'm sitting here watching the last debate and going crazy with the whole danged election season.)

Troubledwriter;
This is one of the reasons I became a registered Republican after 23 years of the Demobrats (typo intended): the ways Obots chant their credo after taking massive doses of Kool Aid, and the way they violently spam it all over the internet, is truly vulgar, indecent, and makes me fear for America. You have no bounds, or manners, for that manner. There are dozens of anti GOP blogs here, but that's not a reason for me to go spamming on them. Same as when others comment pro-Obama on anti-Obama blogs: it's not my place to attack responders on other people's blog - that's up to the owner of the blog itself.

As for you, I'm applying the same tactics as BO applied to the MSM with regards to all his negative info.

Mordent--- How can you accuse Obama of such? He is so apt on being a perfect role model for his two young daughters that he would be ashamed your accusing him of being a murderer.  Are you so scared your candidate is going to loose, you have to resort to these petty blogs insulting one's ability to lead?  I do not see John McCain doing anything for you or for the citizens of this country. Instead I see him leading us further into debt. Obama, on the other hand, has offered a scholarship program promising students the opportunity to attend college. What does John McCain purpose for those who dream of going to college and can't afford, absolutely nothing! I haven't heard him mention it once. How can you accuse him for being unpatriotic? His colleague may have lead past life as  a terrorist, but that isn't Obama. Since when have you been guilty by association? In a court of law, each person is tried separately. Apparently, not in your court or in any Republican court.
