I am with you! I refuse to listen to those people. Amen! This was needed! And I get so frustrated with those who tell me what they heard on the boob tube, hmmmmm must be that for a reason. lol sam

Hi callista. Thanks so much. There is so much information out there, and so few take advantage of it. I have been reading, for example, about the sub-prime mortgage issues, and how each presidential candidate will deal with it.
bottom line, both of them are not in-touch with the problem. McCain's plan is thrown together and incomplete; Obama's plan is a regurgitation of what already exists. Neither offer any insight whatsoever.

Wonderful advice you give us here,
I feel the news media is our worst enemy here. I was speaking with a DAR member today that has been working with returning troops and she said they are confused that the American people do not know what is really happening in Iraq. So we needs blogs like this one informing people, i for one will do the reading you suggest.
