that is so strange that you would write about the outdoors - i woke up the same way - sat in the sun for an hour - and now i feel great

Enjoyed the post, specially the wonderful sentence on the trees holding on to the leaves one last time---thanks! Fresh air does make a difference, and also lifts the spirits. Thanks too for stopping by, and the encouraging words.

Bleh! I HATE it when I wake up with a headache...
Not a good way to start the day.  When that happens to me it durely is due to stress and consequent nightmares then the clenching of the teeth...Glad you found your remedy outdoors...It can be so centering like a swim in the grand Pacific...
