Federal Appeals Court overturned this decision. Apparently she's not breaking the law, whatever the first judge said.

I saw some woman on CNN tonight (can't remember her name) who told Wolf Blitzer that all this business about ACORN is just 'another attempt to prevent the disenfranchised from voting' (I may not have the wording down exactly). My point here is that there are certainly some high-level Dems involved...
