Those were very emotional times for America, as I write this almost two months later. What a wild and fun ride it was, though, no?? Got the old blood coursing through the old veins again.

Thanks so much for posting the McCain article.
It burns me up that the press goes right along with the Right and makes the biggest stinking scandals out of small potatoe stuff like William Ayers and not his supposedly not having a birth certificate even though he had his published in newspapers. And McCain still gets away with everything for his whole long dirty, disgusting life. I knew a lot of what was in this article but it burned me up all over again to read it again. The press still seems to have a hands-off attitude towards their big "war hero". The one thing I didn't know was how really terrible his temper is. What will we do if he wins?
