As for a free internet access because the antenna's on my property, well, this company is more like a co-op helping people in far away places (such as 40 minutes from the National Capital!!!) to get fast internet connection. So, every one has to help...

It's nice that you finally get your stuff, especially the bike! But you're absolutely right - that company's incompetence is staggering! They owe you a discount on their charges!
I recently bought myself a new bike as well. I had been thinking of a Giant, but in the end I got myself a Specialized, the Roubaix Elite model with a composite frame, very light and fast. I've also had my annual crash with it, the first one with this bike. The bike's okay, and so am I, apart from the usual cuts and bruises, lol.
And speaking of discount, if these people are putting their antenna on your property, you should insist on rent or at least a free signal...

Giant is almost home. It would have been so sad to not get a few miles in before the snow hits. I hope the internet connections works out! I would go bonkers with a slow connection! Good luck! sam
