perfection will be reached after the body is glorified, and then throughout eternity. But no, perfection is not needed to obtain grace and salavation of Jesus Christ. That allows entrance.

That people who will enter the Heaven you speak of, where imperfection isn't allowed the way I read it?
Because then you are negating the foundation of Christianity from the beginning, as noted in the Nicene Creed and adhered to by all Christians (except maybe you?) -- that Christ died for our sins -- like the sacrificial lamb on Passover -- His blood cleansed us of our sins.
"All have sinned and come short of the glory of God."
"Just as I am" each of us comes.
Oh yes, would you define "perfection" a bit more clearly so that we can understand.

Excellent argument in my favor. I didn't want Obama as the Democratic candidate. but then I didn't want McCain as the Republican candidate either. Smarter people could have roduced a better match-up.

Fear and Trembling
The purpose of the concept of Hell is to scare people into obedience. An actual intelligent God shouldn't need such a primitive tool. He could just tell people the truth about existence. Maybe He should have designed smarter people.
