It's okay to be mad at yourself.... the trick is...
ACCEPT that you're mad at yourself... and when you're ready...
Ask the most important question.... "WHY?"
Keep on asking THAT question til you get to the bottom of it...
And remember this.... NOBODY IS PERFECT... NOHING IS PERFECT... there are only LESSONS to LEARN...
