That's true indeed. I had a co-worker who i found out he was gay, even after getting married and having kids with his wife. Although separated, he still visits his son at times. I guess it's a trigger of sorts for some people.

It's all about who you can love.
I believe the evidence supports that homosexual attraction is a genetic pre-disposition, and in most cases, that is simply that. In other cases, there are psychological/environmental influences that challenge anyone's predispositions, and many people choose to live counter to their attractions--often for the sake of not hurting other people, and I'm sure it's a lot about not being hurt by other people.
