Just finished reading "Inside Delta Force" by Eric Haney, who was one
of the first operators trained under that program. He writes that since his retirement he's gone on a lot of missions to rescue kidnapped children of tourists who travel to South America and other areas. Kidnapping seems like a heartless business to me.

I just read they shot a lot of the Egyptian kidnappers, but the hostages are still in captivity.5 Germans, 5 Italians and 1 Rumanian. What they must go through.
