One of my most favorite
I am glad he is no longer suffering. He lived a wonderful life with true love. I am sure he is a light traveler and will be moving to a a higher astral plane.

for 50 years to Joanne Woodward must be a Hollywood record.......

I am not sure why
but he always made me think of my Grandma (maybe she liked him and it's an old memory that isn't so clear for me).
Now he can join Joanne again and they can walk through the pearly gates hand in hand.

I was afraid of this when I heard he dropped out of directing that play
last spring. I am so sad. I've had a crush on Paul Newman as an actor and on him and Jo Ann as a couple for decades. The world has lost a nice guy, and we're poorer for it.
