I will be checking out your link.  There are so many people who need that kind of help.  It is sad to especially see young people so overweight and wonder what they will be like in ten or twenty years.

I don't have a weight poblem because a) I exercise every day and b) have since a long time programmed myself and my body to accept only the amount of food it really needs. Sort of self-hypnosis I guess? But I can only say it works.
