jollyjeff, You are so right about this: "Seems to me these folks are being paid an awful lot of money just to guess." But, it seems that a certain amount of guessing is a part of every diagnosis. The more they guess, the more they test. Once in a while they hit the jackpot. Often they never do. Sorry that you seem to be one of the more difficult to diagnose situations.
