Re: Re: Re: Data

All never applies to anything. Not all women keep a cleaner house than men and not all men are beer drinkers.

Generalities means in general. That is there are general patterns to behavior. But the cultural communist mentality would like to deconstruct the general animal known as male and female and replace it with their own false meanings. This is called gender norming. All victims of cultural communisim now refer to people who see distinct differences in men/women as sexist. Honestly many cultural commies don't even know they're just trained bats.

Sexism is to hire a person of your own sex over a more qualified person of the opposite sex.

To see the differences in the sexes and say women tend to be more this or men tend to be more that is usually just the simple truth.

Re: Re: Data
I know you think such things are juvenile, but pre-judging all men and all women based on superficial perceptions of 'how it's always been' is, by definition, sexist.  All generalities are false.

Re: Data

As far as I'm concerned the only data you need is to look at is the way men and women urinate. That will tell you all you need to know about the two sexes.

Political-Correctness is only a grain of sand in time. Everything has been done a certain way for thousands of years. Now our modern media and schools think they have figured out. Nonsense.

I will not obey. I have it figured out for myself. If anyone truly uses reason and deduction reguarding how men and women function they too will have it figured out.

Men are warrior/hunters and that's why men are less tolerant and more hard-ass in general. Hence discipline and better street instincts. And hence though a woman can sit in a classroom and get straight-A's when it comes to seeing whats going on around her in the real world she doesn't get it. That's why they're so often victims to rotten people. You'll probably disagree and look into liberal based data but I won't be swayed. In fact to give fuel to your point, in todays world where men are not allowed to be men so to speak, it is woman who may do the majority of the discipline these days.

My point here as I said originally is that kids today have no respect/fear because men and women for that matter have been taught that physical discipline is wrong.

If one brings a child up right from the get-go one probably doesn't have to use physical discipline. But if you pick it up where someone left off, now you've got a problem.

A strike to teach someone is much different than abuse. And as I said it's been a certain way since the begining and I will hardly yield to politically-correct nonsense.

Data
I have no data on it, but I don't buy your assertion that men are naturally designed to discipline, and women aren't.  Choice of disciplinary action by parents ranges from nothing to abuse, and the proper mode is not near either end.  My wife is a firm disciplinarian.  So am I.  And I do discipline other people's children in my home, though not by striking them.  But discipline is hard work, and made harder by split families, because children learn very quickly to play parents against each other.

During travel, though, I have some sympathy for the child.  It sucks to be stuck in an airplane for hours.  It sucks worse to be stuck in one seat.  So there, I would put up with the noise.  Or try to find a distraction.  Again, that requires a lot of effort, but it's worth it.
