                    Colored eggs

I know how to make perfectly healthy eggs green; you just cook them fast.  Frying eggs in an electric skillet at 300 rather than 150 gives the yolk a greenish shade.  I learned that quite by accident as a boy.
My impression, on the white versus brown egg question, has been that brown eggs have a thicker shell, and are less prone to break in the carton.  So I'm with you on that.  Brown is better.
As for the Suess story, I seem to recall green ham in the pictures.  But my kids outgrew Dr. Suess years ago, and colors change over time, even in memory, so I could be wrong.  But I found your post very entertaining.

You do have some interesting point and style of saying things differently
