I view the salary limit as a kind of gimmick, but it would be poetic justice of a sort. More important is to require Congressional oversight of the whole business.

Great suggestion of Kristol's!
There is no reason for these CEOs and other investment bankers to be rewarded or to receive a "golden handshake" while so many are losing their homes.
