I used to hang out with some cops back in the day --
and they do know how to party. With all the stress of the day-to-day, there's a bit of steam to blow off.

The gal with the breasts must have been pretty drunk too. But, I guess she wasn't running for office. Personally, I always loved the Young Tom Cruise dance in his underpants that so many have copied.

I personally do not see the problem...so he danced in his underwear...at least he was wearing underwear ... was he working at the time? I believe that is our undeniable right to do whatever we want in our own time, if we like dancing in our underwear ...hey...it is what it is. I think you are right... the boss was upset he was not invited to the party.
