LOL Naut!
When we were living in the UK last year it was illegal to use your cellphone while driving...I guess that was just for talking...texting is soooo much safer!  Not!

Nautikos, I will never understand why there seems to be such an abundance of people who have the need to text while they are driving.

I hate texting and texters in any circumstances. Not only because it is dangerous but because of what it does to the language. A generation from now we will all write and speak as follows: ++``--8 93§/// Fortunately I won't be around.

Text messaging
on bicycles is also very dangerous.  I was almost run over by one and since then I tell all text messengers on bicycles, particularly students, to 'Put that thing away!'.

Pot and alchohol just make the texting better; or at least makes the texter think it is.

They've now made it illegal to text (or use any electronic devices)
while driving a train. Seems the engineer on one of the trains involved in a head-on collision was texting.  I once heard that the actor Errol Flynn died while laughing at a joke someone told him.  Always wanted to know what joke it was. And now I'd like to know what text message was so darn important that it cost the guy and a couple dozen others their lives. I know it's sick and morbid to be curious about such things. But now you want to know, too, don't you?
