Yep, been there, done that - I think we all have that experience! It seems that the challenge and the fun is in the travel, not in the arrival...

I have had this experience each time I finish a poetry book! I am with for such a long time that when it is completed I feel like I am saying good-bye to a dear friend. sam

I understand what you mean and it is well known among Olympian athletes (ya, well, I'm not one of them but I read about it!LOL). Now that the goal is achieved, what's left to do, hey? Well, the answer is: another book! An even better one this time or one that you thought never to have the courage to write because you thought nobody would want to read it, right?
