I hate it when things like that happen. It's doubly bad for me because I hate shopping to begin with and it takes me forever to psych myself up into doing some. Then if something like your incident goes wrong, I really do go bananas (usually toss it in the trash and do without). I would rather lose my money than have to return something.

often than not, the worse the service is...it should be the other way around, but unfortunately, not so..
