Yes, I have and do...but not enough lately. It was my plan to get back to some of that, before the issue with the medication happened.
I have a wide variety of voice meditations that I can work with, as well as my own (silent) meditations that I should be doing.

... I don't know if you meditate but, if not, I would suggest learning meditation as a way forward - it gives insight and peace on your terms and, problems are sorted out step by step -

Dear Sunny,
I am so sorry to hear about your situation. You seem to have a lot on your plate. But you strike me as a wonderful, warm and loving person - so I am sure everything will work itself out for you. Sometimes good thing does happen to good people :) You have a lot to be thankful for, your beautiful children and Afzal's love just to mention some.
As for the book you and Afzal will publish, I wish you the best of luck. I do hope it will bring in some (or a lot rather) money so you can finally get together During the month I have been on Blogit I have been so taken for your loving poems to him. You are an amazing person Sunny.
