21st centruy life (humming tune to song by sam sparrow)
Let me just start my stating that Sarah Palin is a maniac hooker. Ok, Glad I got that off my chest.

And yes, we're living in the 21st century so lets apply the teachings in the religious books to our 21st century way of life. I'm hoping we as people have at least that morsel of intelligence and basic knowledge of well being to apply the right rules (as taught in the holy books) in the right circumstances and situations. I'm not saying these holy books are wrong, cos i follow a holy book myself, it's just that people really need to stop obsessing over every single word and just go out and acquire some hobbies to pass their time instead.

On this we can agree.......but she had no choice but to bring it up because of the rabid rumors already being circulated on, well.....the Daily Kos......incest...the new baby wasn't the Governor's but the daughter's......

Good discussion.....

Re: Re: Re: See what happens when you read the Daily Kos regularly.........
I think it is ridiculous to criticize her for this. The whole point of the article states how insane it is for this girl to be on every major news site discussing something that happens to 50% of the population. I agree with you there 100%. It is absolutely wrong. I also point to the fact that the GOP would criticize the fact anyone else had a baby out of wedlock; and point to the 'loose' morale values of non-Christian world regularly. This is not news worthy, it is not headlines CNN, FOX, or any other outlet worthy. It shouldn't even have been brought up. But it is because the right has flaunted their superior values consistently throughout elections; yet, hypocrites that we all are, have the same "problems" we all have.

Re: Re: See what happens when you read the Daily Kos regularly.........
This is the pro-life choice. The fact that people will criticize her for this shows the astounding extent to which the secular critics of the pro-life movement just don't get it. Those who criticize the Palin family don't understand that we don't see babies as a punishment but as a blessing.

Barack Obama said that if one of his daughters made a mistake and got pregnant out of wedlock he wouldn't want her to be punished with a child. Pro lifers don't see a child as punishment.

Re: See what happens when you read the Daily Kos regularly.........
All I have seen is the GOP discuss morality, family values, and suddenly, because the teenager is a VP candidate of the GOP and Christian support groups, they ask for privacy. You don't see the hypocrisy in that? If it was anyone else daughter, say Obama, they would be gloating their values, and the lack of values of Obama; and the rest of the US. They would be on a witch hunt. Thus the article
