She is the real deal and we may not have another like her. So the women are hating her for this alone.

The worst enemy a woman can have is another woman. There is great enmity between Satan and the Woman! He does his best to pit one-any woman against another in all cases possible and it is easy far too often. Thanks for the comment.

Dirt is dirt; however, when pride is taken in thrusting it before family, children and the world that goes into an area that prevents them from being just humans who have fallen off the standard today. It brings them into a state of 'look at me, I can do what ever nasty thing I want, and you have to like it because so many are behind me". That is what I see today.

Isn't it great how the feminists turn on their own species because she's pretty and has family values.

The media has taken on a new shape and size since, say 20 years ago. They dig and dig for just about any little piece of dirt and report it as if it’s some ground breaking news. Then, of course, the politicians themselves do some mud slinging. Years back the clandestine affairs, the social faux pas, the guy who took too many nips of whiskey, the stoic wife who perhaps suffered from depression, or the politician that fed some wallets wasn’t out there in full view for us to view or hear about. There was “dirt” then just as there is dirt now… Does it have any relevance to someone’s ability to lead a country? Maybe. Or maybe it’s just shameful, 2 bit, character assassination and we have to some how become unbiased human filters.

About the DUI. . .
He was 22, and that was in the 80s. It was once, he was young & foolish. I hope I won't be judged for things I did in the 80s, because I have matured. Surely, being the father of five, he has too.
Also, I don't think it's a big counterweight against her that her 17-year-old is pregnant. That girl made her choice. I'd guess her mom probably wouldn't have consented to that choice and would have acted to stop the premarital sex. I know from own childhood that kids raised the same way in the same home can be very different, with some being wilder than others. On the other hand, certain politicians can't say the same. Bill Clinton, for instance, was the president and yet engaged in sexual activities with an intern--if that's not abuse of power as well as a moral failure, I don't know what is. I'm sure we could all think of politicians (Edwards, anyone?) who have made that choice as adults. The point is, I'm not condemning this woman for a choice another person made.

I knew that! lol.

My mind was foggy and I didn't know how to express at the time...but, I knew what you were saying. I also don't like when anyone is so critical with someone they don't know.
I always more respect those who are honest in their ways, no matter their circumstances.

Thanks for your comment. I have responded and will post as soon as I know that someone will help me.

Thank you for your open, and honest comment. This is more about humanity than politics actually. It is about a government of the people - by the people and for the people. I appreciate your review.

There you go. Normal people not hiding behind elitism. They appear to be so normal it scares people.
You are kidding ..you mean he did not drive off a bridge, leave the scene and pass house after house before calling 911 from the party where he left... Oh excuse me that was Ted Kennedy certainly not an iron worker.

Janes, I agree. I did not know that but look at all the kettles calling the pot black. This woman is something to watch. She may not be perfect but she is closer than most. Be blessed.

Guess what.....Time sent a reporter to Wasilla ( I love the town, could move there in a heartbeat) to get a reaction of the local townfolk as to what they thought of the news.....basically the whole town already knew about it.....and felt it wasn't anyone else's business.......
Next shocker......her steelworker Eskimo husband had a DUI!!!! But he didn't drown anyone while driving.....

Justi, Girl, you tell em!
Just one clarification though. From the news headlines, it would appear her daughter is now 17. Perhaps she was 16 at conception. Not that it makes a huge difference, but she is that much closer to adulthood. She's a good example for the rest of the girls her age who are considering abortion.
