When you feel your intuition tells you to ...
... take a break, it's a good reason to do so. Take care on your road to stabilize yourself on a safer and more content level inside. Relaxation and distance are great healing.
May I say: what we call negativity is just patterns that haven't been sorted out and ... to get is to let go ... and ... holding on is to lose.

my dear...you have been such a kind soul to me when I was in dire need of a friend...and I always cherish that in my heart. Whatever it is that burdens you, my prayers shall be with you tonight...and please dont hesitate if there is anything a friend in me can do for you dear one.
