Hey Sam. Thanks for checking in. Not so hot, if I must say. I have one diagnosis, but no explanation for everything that has been going on. I have lost 19# in two weeks, and walking out to the car wears me out. I do have a little improvement, but no answers. That is pretty much why I have been AWOL. Well, that and the juice it took out of me having that last tirade. I think I just needed to finally get it out of my system. I got full of being nice to two people who have not, and will not add any value to my life. I am getting there!
