I really shouldn't have had to ask. My first comment was pretty obvious. Also, there was no need for this string of comments. You knew I was uncomfortable about it. So why is my name still on the post?

Lustor, you are missing the whole point.

I don't care who read the comments. What I don't know doesn't hurt me. The fact that you would bring to everyones attention again is what bothers me. i.e. using my name in a post and putting the words "phone sex" after it. THAT is what makes me uncomfortable.

Shelly told you quite politely that she was embarrased that you used

her name in your post. Why really doesn't matter. She doesn't have to explain to anyone why she is not comfortable with her name on their post if she feels that way.

A considerate person would have taken her name down as soon as she said so.
You would not like it if someone put up a post with your name that embarrassed you.

She wasn't talking to all of blogit, she was talking to me. She told you that she didn't mind if the passerby read it, but she didn't want to be exploited.

If you wanna use someone's name, feel free to use mine...in place of hers ...this post...this time only.
Or just remove the name altogether.

I'm sure Shelly would really appreciate it.
