All I can promise is that (most of) these questions will (eventually) be answered! And most of the answers will probably surprise you!
F.Domenico is one of my favorite side characters! He is just so happy! But not in a fatuous way, no matter how it may seem so at times. Do you know why I gave him that carrot-red hair?

Ch. 14 (BWC)
First off I must say I loved the end of Columbina's rant.
Now for the chapter. Father Domenico is a good reminder of Turlough's past. At this point in the story, its good that he arrived to remind me (the ADD reader) that Abbot was once like a mentor to Turlough. Plot points seem as though they are about to be explained.
Who was Father Dominico calling an angel? Turlough or Columbina? Or someone else entirely. Was Turlough's episode in the cave actually a flashback from a past life, in which Columbina (in her earlier form) aided him there? What of the Jester? Is he still on the hunt for Turlough's chronicles book? Who was the Padrone, really? Was he the run-of-the-mill vampire lord or something much more important? So many questions, and I have no idea how many more chapters there will be, so of course I don't want you to actually answer any of them for me yet!
The chapters just keep getting better.
