We have free will, you must choose to believe it. Anything in the earth (including the earth itself) belongs to man because God gave it to us. The nature of God is to give, including His Word.

Disjointed chaos
As per your title, anyone can claim the Bible as support for just about anything. And your proposed Author does nothing to protect His rights over His intellectual property. So how are we ordinary humans to know who really owns the copyright? After all, someone else's revelations are all the same to me.
