well, they say we swallow at least a half dozen spiders in our sleep
each year....at least these would be cooked and, um, tasty......

Sea-going bugs taste just fine--

I do love the shrimpy kind and lobsters and their ilk--but land-lubber bugs...?  No.

I like crunchy things like nuts and chips. But bugs with their crusty
shells do not appeal. I know, I know, it's nutritious but I'd prefer a nice apple. :)

One of the happiest times of my son Ben's life was when he was about 1 1/2 years old,  tightfisting half a worm with the other half smeared around his lips.  A guy ahead of his time, I guess.... now, at 18, the pickiest eater!
