Hey...what's wrong with..
being short and fat?
Stupid or incompetent...I highly doubt that. You are too hard on yourself, I think.
Forget everything you've ever been told or have told yourself...and just realize that you are a good person...as good if not better than everyone else. Keep telling yourself until you know and believe it, and you will be ok.
If it's any consolation...no one invites me anywhere either. 
I don't even have friends.
