traditions

it is up to an individual whether or not they continue traditions or make new ones  I feel traditions are very important to have in life   i have had traditions taken away from me and i feel lost like i dont know what to do  and when i try to make new it doesnt work

i feel youth should always respect their elders  no matter what class lines there are    i feel that everyone should respect everyone no matter what color theyre skin is no matter what side of town they live on no matter how much money they have or dont have i feel this is more than a tradition

tradition to me is making everyone sit down at the dinner table at the same time

christmas tree up like clock the day after thanksgiving

easter egg hunting with new/gently worn easter clothes on

every friday night pizza

every sunday family at church and then dinner out afterwards

etc etc etc

Traditions – particularly those which connect one human to another – do seem to be failing or fading.  Perhaps we need to pass them on to our children with more conviction.

Fortunate or unfortunate it is a fact that it quite hard to keep up some
of our traditions which is in itself a pity as over time they could be lost altogether - a great shame; I thoroughly enjoyed this post my friend; thank you and God bless

In this world where we travel and move and mix up, it is hard to stay true to your traditions.

When the cultures are so different, we expect that the immigrants will follow our traditions and when trying to explain our traditions we sometimes don't even know why we do the things we do.

Thanks for an interesting post, you gave me something to think about
