One of those small moments of reality that borders on magic--
and so much nicer than the humming bird that stabbed my brother-in-law in the back as he stood there in a bright red shirt with binoculars trained on an eagle nest. They were both very surprised!

I loved the picture of the hummer and the verbena. So Disney, no???
My backyard jungle still gets rain, what a summer, what a summer. Cool and sweet and wet. Amazing.
And, a new grandson. Woo hoo. One I can hold. Yeeee HAH !!!
Like me, you will never really retire. Too much fun working at something useful.
